THE NEW MALE DANCER

On December 5, 2010 at The Royal Ballet Upper School, a brand new, innovative event entitled The New Male Dancer is set to thrill audiences and I can now exclusively reveal the exciting programme for the day. 

12.00 – 13.00 Boys class taught by Jay Jolley

Lunch (provided)

13.45 – 14.30 Discussion with Kevin O’Hare, Clement Crisp, Richard Glasstone, Michael Nunn and Edward Watson

This discussion will be followed by a short performance which is planned to include the following;

The Talent – Ballet Boyz dancers

Les Lutins solo – Steven McRae

La Sylphide solo – James Hay

Don Quixote solo – Valentino Zucchetti

Tap solo – Steven McRae 

The event is currently sold out but if you haven’t bought tickets please don’t worry – I will be publishing full coverage and you won’t miss a thing.
