SHORT BYTE:
The rigors and competition of classical ballet training have been brought into the public eye this year, through coverage on televised dance competition shows, and most recently, through the excellent film First Position, which documents the dedication and passion of serious young ballet students. We invite you to join us on Sunday, May 27, at the California Theatre, 345 South First Street in downtown San Jose, to witness the young dancers from our community who are also following their dreams and training towards careers in professional ballet. Come see our own remarkable and talented young dancers at Ballet San Jose School’s Spring Performances at 4:00 PM (Professional Division) and 2:00PM (Open Division).  Tickets are $25 to $45 and available at 408.288.2800 or online at balletSJ.org.
