Great name! At first, I thought it was a typo. I’m all for strengthening my core, not only for ballet but for all around health.

Romy – these exercises are proving very popular. I’m doing them myself and I can see why – they are easy to fit into every day, you feel the results pretty quickly without being exhausted and it’s a relaxing workout ie it has a great flow of movement which I find is always missing in other workouts, so you really get into it, and probably get more out of it as a result. It’s a brilliant initiative from Scottish Ballet and I’m looking forward to more in the series.
