There are never enough classical ballet dancers in TV competitions such as the BBC’s SYTYCD and Sky’s GOT TO DANCE. Here is your chance to change that as auditions are being held across the country.

Britain’s biggest dance show, Sky One’s GOT TO DANCE, is back for a third series. Davina McCall will host the competition, with Ashley Banjo, Kimberley Wyatt and Adam Garcia returning as judges, as dancers battle it out to win the life-changing sum of a quarter of a million pounds and the chance to become the GOT TO DANCE CHAMPION 2012.

Let’s put ballet on the TV

They are now accepting applications from anyone who thinks they have what it takes to audition – whether you are 4 or 84,  a soloist or group, a professional or amateur. Whatever your style of dance, whatever your ability, they would love to see it! Auditions are being held in July and August. Anyone wanting to apply can do so by going to www.sky.com/dance
