The National Ballet of Canada Ranks as One of Canada’s Top 100 Employers 

ballet canadaOctober 11, 2012… The National Ballet of Canada is one of Canada’s Top 100 Employers for 2013, selected by Mediacorp Canada Inc. from a list of over 75,000 employers.

“We are very proud of this achievement and, like our wonderful artists, are constantly striving for perfection and continually improving our business practices,” says Kevin Garland, Executive Director.

Each employer was compared to others in its industry and region using eight key criteria: physical workplace; work and social atmosphere; health, financial & family benefits; vacation and time off; employee communications; performance management; training and skills development; and community involvement.

Founded in 1992, Mediacorp Canada Inc. is the nation’s largest publisher of quality employment periodicals and guides. The Toronto-based publisher manages the annual  Canada’s Top 100 Employers project, which includes 18 widely followed regional and special interest competitions.
