This audience favorite is also perhaps the greatest challenge for a dancer. The double role of the good swan princess Odette and the evil magician’s daughter Odile is considered to be the most demanding for a dancer. This autumn, the Norwegian National Ballet’s ballerinas Yolanda Correa (Cuba), Clair Constant (Australia) and Maiko Nishino (Japan) will interpret the white and the black swan.
