From time to time I hear criticism from readers about the paucity of classical ballet on show at performances by The Royal Ballet School students. This is your show, then! Rarely does television and ballet make for a good mix; the screen is too compact and the space too small to really showcase what ballet is.  But this is different.  The students, including Anna Rose O’Sullivan who has now joined The Royal Ballet company, look magnificent and dance cleanly and with panache. They are engaging and up for a laugh as well. Watch if you can !

Guests on A League Of Their Own include Man City’s VINCENT KOMPANY, comedian LEE MACK and actress BILLIE PIPER.

After hearing that Neil Warnock insists on his players drinking raw egg and sherry JAMES CORDEN serves the teams with the post-match beverage. Whichever team can down the concoction (and more importantly, keep it down) will take the points.

UK Pole Dancing champion, Sarah Scott is in the studio to put LEE MACK and JACK WHITEHALL through their pole dancing paces. Whose seductive moves will win them the challenge?

This week’s quick fire round sees the teams take on the world of ballet. The teams will have as long as they can maintain a lift to answer the questions with students from The Royal Ballet School on hand to show them how it’s done. The most important question of course being: can Jack pull off a tutu?

As always the irrepressible JAMES CORDEN presides over the teams led by captains JAMIE REDKNAPP and FREDDIE FLINTOFF.
