The Royal Ballet’s Sarah Lamb on the ballet Onegin

The Royal Ballet open John Cranko’s 1965 ballet Onegin on Saturday 19th January (until Friday 8th February).

In this video,  principal dancer Sarah Lamb, who is scheduled to dance on 2nd and 8th February, talks about the role and what it means to her.

Tickets are avialable and can be booked via the Royal Opera House website.

The ballet is approx 2 hours 30 minutes including two intervals. Act one will last for about 40 minutes, followed by a 25 minute interval. Act two will last for about 30 minutes, followed by a 25 minute interval. Act three will last for about 30 minutes.
