The Royal Ballet’s Steven McRae gives a ballet masterclass

On Sunday I reported on a ballet masterclass given by The Royal Ballet Principal Steven McRae at the Royal Academy of Dance.

The ballet masterclass was part of a day celebrating dance, with 21 students at Advanced 2 RAD or equivalent.  McRae has been teaching from a young age, encouraged by his teachers back home in Sydney, Australia, and his experience and clear technical precision, as well as his generous style of teaching gave the students a priceless experience.

Today I want to share with you some of the photographs that I wasn’t able to include in the original report, which have been arranged in a gallery (see below).
